Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Dispatch: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer two main shipping tiers so you can choose between speed and savings.

Note: "Transit Time" begins after the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery Methods (Large Items)
For large furniture items (sofas, tables, etc.), we utilize freight carriers.

Curbside Delivery: Standard and Fast freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver will lower the package to the ground at the curb. You will be responsible for bringing the item inside.

Scheduling: The carrier will call you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Damages in Transit
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Visible Damage: If the packaging shows visible damage, note "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Hidden Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us immediately at Sunnycares@sunnymate.space with photos of the item and the box. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
