Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your new space. If you aren't completely satisfied with your Sunny Mate purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at Sunnycares@sunnymate.space. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Disassembled (if it was originally delivered flat-packed).

  3. In the original packaging (please keep boxes until you are sure you are keeping the item).

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Due to the size and complexity of shipping furniture, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for remorse returns (e.g., changed mind, didn't fit, color preference).

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Sunny Mate Furniture will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
