Shipping & Delivery
1. How long will it take to get my order? We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Fast Shipping: Arrives in 7 days maximum after dispatch. (Perfect if you are in a rush!)

Standard Shipping: Arrives in approximately 3 weeks after dispatch. (Our best value option.)
Please note that processing time (getting the order ready at the warehouse) takes 1–3 business days before shipping begins.
2. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within Australia, the United States/UK/Canada. If you are outside this area, please email us to see if we can make a special arrangement.
3. Will the delivery driver bring the furniture inside my house? For standard freight and large items, delivery is Curbside Only. The driver will unload the item at the curb or the end of your driveway. We recommend having a friend or family member available to help you bring the item inside.
4. How can I track my order? Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. You can click the link in the email to see exactly where your furniture is.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, disassembled, and in its original packaging.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because furniture is heavy and costly to ship, a restocking fee of [10-20]% may also apply for returns due to a change of mind (e.g., color or size preference).
7. What if my item arrives damaged? We are so sorry if this happens! Please inspect your boxes immediately upon delivery.

Visible Damage: Note it on the driver's paperwork before they leave.

Hidden Damage: Take photos and email us at Sunnycares@sunnymate.space within 48 hours so we can make it right. We will cover the costs to replace damaged items.
Products & Assembly
8. Do your products require assembly? Most of our larger furniture items (like tables, sofas, and bed frames) require some assembly. We provide clear instructions and all the necessary tools in the box.
9. What if I am missing a screw or a part? Don't worry! Contact us immediately at Sunnycares@sunnymate.space with your order number and the part letter/number from the manual. We will ship the missing part to you as soon as possible.
10. How do I clean my new furniture? Care instructions vary by material. Generally, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals. For specific care guides (e.g., velvet, solid wood), please refer to the product page or contact our support team.

12. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We try to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, and it will need to be treated as a return.
